Marion’s work focuses on equity, identity, and intercultural ethics in legal education and in legal practice.

With more than two decades of experience, she co-creates custom strategies with clients seeking to develop their organizations in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has served as a leader in ABA law school diversity, equity, and inclusion since 2002.

Marion is an Apartheid survivor who grew up in South Africa. In this challenging political climate, she forged her passion for racial justice work as well as her social justice problem solving orientation.
